무슨 일이 생기면 저 사람은 왜 저렇게 했을까? 나였으면 그렇게 안 헀을텐데...라며 나도 모르게 상대방을 비판하고 하는 모습들이 많이 있는데 메타리더십코스를 통해서 남의 잘못을 비판하기 보다 먼저 그 사람의 마음을 이해하는 능력을 갖춰야 한다는 마음을 가지게 되었고 그렇게 가진 마음을 실천하려고 노력하는 중이다. 또한 내 판단이 맞았다고 한들 그건 다른거지 틀린게 아니니깐 비판 하지 말자 라는 마음을 항상 새기고 있는 중이다.

처음에 시작할 때는 나는 긍정적이고 행복하고 인간관계도 나쁘지 않다고 생각해서 나에게 필요 없다고 생각하고 첫 수업을 갔는데 내가 나를 너무 과대평가 했다는 걸 알았고 내 자신에 대해서 좀 더 자세히 깊게 알게 되었고 알게 된 것 뿐 아니라 방법을 제시해 주어서 유익했던 시간이었던 것 같다. 내 자신에 대해서 더 사랑하고 알아가고 발전하고 싶으신 분이 있다면 추천하고 싶다.

9주간의 메타리더십 코스를 통해 자신을 돌아볼 수 있는 시간을 가지게 되었고, 성공,사람,행복의 단계를 거치면서 성공을 위해 사람들과의 협력을 이끌어 내고 성공의 의미와 방향,능력을 만들며, 훌륭한 리더가 되기 위한 힘을 배우는 유익한 시간이었습니다.
성과 공유 발표를 위해 성과를 올리기 위한 주제에 맞는 시간과 노력을 투자하였고, 상대방을 한번 더 생각하고, 이해하려는 마음을 가지게 되었습니다. 처음 마주하는 사람들에게 하는 발표가 상당히 부담스러웠지만, 시간이 갈수록 부담보다는 노력,투자라는 생각과 자신감이라는 뚜렷한 목적의식이 생겼습니다.

 9주간의 메타리더십 수업을 받으면서 저의 인생에 좋은 오답노트가 생긴 거 같습니다. 오랜만에 제 자신과의 대화를 통해 저를 만날 수 있었고, 수업을 통해 일주일간 생각하고 헹동을 함으로서 그냥 흘러가는 시간보다 좀 더 알찬 하루, 일주일을 보낼 수 있었습니다.
단기적인 목표를 세우고 실천하기 위해 노력도 하고 실천하지 못했더라도 후회하고 포기하지 않고 다시 계획하고 도전을 함으로서 긍정적으로 생각하게 되었습니다. 처음보는 사람들과 발표하며 쑥스러웠지만 강사님과 멘토님들의 활기차고 열정적인 에너지를 받을 수 있어 좋았습니다.
